This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of vehicle fit, rework and service campaign programmes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and product reliability across fleets in the field. Your New RoleAs Service Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating proactive vehicle rework and retrofit campaigns from initial assessment through to successful completion. Working closely with engineering, quality, procurement, field service teams and customers, you will ensure campaigns are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Developing and managing detailed campaign and retrofit plansAssessing campaign requirements, risks, costs and business justificationManaging teams, contractors, suppliers and service partnersCoordinating vehicle recalls, upgrades and technical modificationsMonitoring campaign progress, budgets and completion targetsCommunicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholdersManaging campaign materials, stock control and sales ordersReviewing technical work instructions to ensure practical implementationPresenting campaign updates and performance reports to senior leadershipDriving continuous improvement across service, quality and engineering ..... full job details .....
