Lift Service Engineer Location: Midlands Territory: Midlands and Surrounding Areas Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The Role An established UK lift engineering business is looking to recruit an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join its Midlands service team. This is a field-based position covering a portfolio of lifts across the Midlands and surrounding areas, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, fault-finding and repairs across a variety of lift equipment. The successful engineer will be responsible for managing their allocated service route, maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and compliant. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance across an allocated lift portfolio Service and maintain a variety of lift equipment from different manufacturers Attend breakdowns and callouts across the designated territory Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently Carry out minor repairs and reactive works where required Work to minimise equipment downtime and maintain lift reliability Identify additional repairs or remedial works where required Complete relevant service documentation and reports accurately Communicate professionally with customers while attending sites Work closely with the wider regional service and technical teams Maintain high standards of health and safety and compliance at all ..... full job details .....
