Service Branch Manager Location: Victory Road, Derby, DE24 8ELJob Type: Full Time, PermanentHours: 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Working closely alongside the Core Operations Team the role will also be responsible for the communication of performance statistics to both HYDRO and customer management including key performance indicators and service level agreements. Management Responsibility:The post holder will be required to manage their business stream on a daily basis and delegate duties as appropriate.
