Service Asset and Configuration Manager Location: Corsham (On-site with flexibility)Clearance: Active DV Clearance RequiredType: Contract About the Role We are seeking an experienced Service Asset and Configuration Manager to lead and enhance Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) capabilities within a highly secure operational environment. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing, governing, and improving SACM processes, tooling, and reporting across complex live service environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining configuration management standards, ensuring data accuracy across the CMDB, driving continual service improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to support critical service management processes. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continually improve SACM processes, procedures, governance, and tooling. Act as the primary point of contact for the Configuration Management System (CMS), managing incidents, requests, enquiries, and updates. Maintain and optimise the CMDB to support key Service Management functions including Change, Release, and Incident Management. Conduct baseline configuration comparisons and validation activities to support change assurance. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of SACM data and processes.
