Service Architect

On behalf of National Savings andamp; Investments, we are looking for a Service Architect (Inside IR35) for a 6 Month contract based Hybrid in either London, Durham or Glasgow two days per week. Develop and maintain hierarchical service structures across business services, capabilities, service offerings and applications.. Develop Service Design Packages and associated documentation.. Define service models, SLAs, support arrangements and operational requirements.. Collaborate with Solution Architects to incorporate service requirements into solution designs..
