Main Purpose of Job: To oversee service/warranty and PFL invoice procedures ensuring compliance to Manufacturers'' policy and procedures. To process all service/warranty and PFL job cards to ensure maximum profitability for each repair and full compliance with the manufacturers'' requirements. Individual Key Objectives: To check and raise retail pro-forma invoices for quotation and passing to the customer. To co-ordinate the closing of purchase order numbers.
