Role: Service and Maintenance Team Sales ProcessorLocation: CreweSalary: 27,000 Our client is looking for a Service and Maintenance Team Sales Processor you will be responsible for processing orders through their CRM system and carrying out a range of general administrative duties. You will also support with goods receipting (GRs) and the preparation of basic, non-technical quotations. Responsibilities include:Process customer orders accurately using the CRM systemCarry out general administrative duties to support the Service TeamProcess goods receipts (GRs) in line with internal proceduresGenerate basic non-technical quotationsMaintain accurate records and system updatesRespond quickly to urgent requests and changing prioritiesSupport the team in ensuring customer requirements are met within tight timelines Skills and Experience:Experienced in an administrative role within a service or operational team (desirable)Confident using CRM systemsHighly accurate with strong keyboard and data entry skillsAble to multitask and manage competing priorities effectivelyFlexible, reactive, and calm under pressureStrong in communication and committed to delivering good customer serviceComfortable working in a fast-moving and constantly changing environmentWR Engineering are the recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing and technical sales jobs.
