Job Role: Service and Maintenance EngineerLocation: Huntingdon Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary Range: 38,000 to 45,000 per annum (Dependent on qualifications, skills, and experience)Job OverviewWe are seeking a versatile and proactive Multi-Skilled Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our team based in Huntingdon. This dual-faceted role offers a dynamic mix of workshop-based assembly and field-based service operations. When you are not travelling to client sites to commission, service, or repair our custom-built machinery and automated systems, you will be based on site in Huntingdon vital electrical and mechanical assembly tasks.We welcome applications from engineers at various stages of their careers; any suitable, relevant experience will be strongly considered.Key ResponsibilitiesField Service and Maintenance: Travel to customer sites to perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and diagnostics on bespoke machinery and automated systems.Workshop Assembly: Build, wire, and mechanically assemble custom machinery and sub-assemblies at our facility when not deployed on-site.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify complex electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to minimize client downtime.Customer Relations: Act as a professional technical representative of the company while on-site, providing clear updates and excellent service to clients.Documentation: Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and commissioning checklists accurately.Skills and ..... full job details .....
