We want to hear from you!What You Can Expect: £30,000 basic salaryOTE up to £50,000Full manufacturer trainingA stable and supportive working environmentWork with a leading, forward-thinking teamCareer progression opportunities What You ll Be Doing: • Using the Pinnacle DMS system to manage service bookings and customer communication • Liaising with customers in person, by phone, and via email throughout the service process • Carrying out pre-calls to confirm bookings and prepare vehicle handovers • Upselling additional work identified during Vehicle Health Checks (VHCs) • Updating customers with accurate ETAs, progress reports, and costs • Working closely with Vehicle Technicians and the Service Manager to ensure smooth workflow • Ensuring all service paperwork is completed to the highest standardsAbout You: • Minimum of 2 years'' experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership • Strong knowledge and ..... full job details .....
