The Role As Service Advisor, you''ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every service and repair experience runs smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly point of contact throughout their visit Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing service and repair requirements Liaising closely with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard Preparing job cards, estimates and invoices Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process Advising customers on parts, accessories and aftersales products Supporting retail sales across clothing, merchandise and accessories Processing payments and handling customer queries professionally Supporting stock management, including checking deliveries and maintaining accurate records Ensuring the workshop and ..... full job details .....
