Salary for the Service Advisor / Workshop Service Advisor / Fleet Administrator / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor / Workshop Administrator:- - - - - 31,000pa plus Monthly Target related Bonus

Hours of work for the Service Advisor / Workshop Service Advisor / Fleet Administrator / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor / Workshop Administrator:- - - -Monday to Friday 09:30 - 18:00pm

My client, a busy Vehicle Dealership with over 10 sites in the UK, are looking for an experienced and competent Service Advisor to join their friendly team in South Normanton area. -The ideal candidate will have Van, Fleet or HGV experience and come from a dealership.-

Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Service Advisor / Workshop Service Advisor / Fleet Administrator / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor / Workshop Administrator:

Answering the telephone
Dealing with customers on the reception desk
Booking in vehicles for service, maintenance schedules and inspections-
Providing progress updates & estimates to our customers
General admin duties to include typing up jobs / invoices, uploading documents and emailing
VOR Reporting and filing-
Customer post repair follow up calls

The ideal Service Advisor / Workshop Service Advisor / Fleet Administrator / Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor / Workshop Administrator:

Will have Automotive Dealership experience-
Will have either Fleet / Automotive or Workshop experience
Be competent with computer systems
Be customer focused
