You''ll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, paid at overtime What we''re looking for: Minimum of 1 year''s experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential Excellent communication and organisational skills A ..... full job details .....
