Service Advisor

Location: Epsom, Surrey Salary: Competitive + Bonus Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time An established and successful automotive dealership in Epsom is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join its busy Aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous Service Advisor experience who enjoys building relationships with customers, coordinating with a busy workshop and delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the vehicle service and repair journey. The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers and building strong, professional relationships Understanding customer requirements and providing clear advice Providing accurate estimates for repair costs and completion times Booking and scheduling vehicles into the workshop Liaising with technicians, workshop control and parts departments Taking workshop capacity and parts availability into consideration when scheduling work Keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process Advising customers of additional or recommended work Arranging courtesy/loan vehicles when required Ensuring customers receive a professional experience from initial booking through to vehicle handover What We''re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years'' experience as a Service Advisor Previous experience within the ..... full job details .....
