Key responsibilities Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers visiting the garage. Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing regular updates and estimated completion times. Liaise closely with Technicians and the workshop to ensure a smooth customer journey. Prepare estimates and invoices and explain required work clearly to customers. Identify additional work and communicate recommendations professionally. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers. Complete service administration accurately and efficiently.
