Service Advisor

Porsche Retail Group are recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Advisor for our Hatfield Centre. To apply for this role, you must have recent experience as a Service Advisor from within an automotive dealership.Role:As a Service Advisor, you are fundamental to our customers ownership experience, and the overall performance of the Aftersales Department. Combining your vehicle technical knowledge with strong communication skills, you ll ensure vehicles are serviced or repaired correctly first time, driving sales of valued added services, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with Porsche Service ProcessCommunicate technical info effectively for upselling and meet departmental targetsManage workshop repairs and provide regular customer updatesHandle Direct Dialogue interactions, service requirements, and upsell per manufacturer guidelinesAssist showroom customers with bookings and accessory sales; manage overflow bookingsConfirm booking details with customers before appointmentsManage customer vehicles and key allocation on sitePrepare service invoices with technical explanations per manufacturer standardsPlan and allocate work to Service Technicians for maximum productivity with Service Team ManagerEnsure compliance with RICS, Warranty Audit, FCA, and complete required training and accreditations Minimum Attributes: Full UK Drivers LicenceDealership experience with an understanding of ..... full job details .....
