Service AdvisorLocation: Abingdon (Oxfordshire)Salary: 33,700 Basic 40,000 OTE (uncapped bonus potential)We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a franchised dealership in the Abingdon (Oxfordshire) area.This is an excellent opportunity to represent a high-end automotive brand while delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and supportive environment.The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless and first-class service experience from start to finish.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming customers and managing all service and repair enquiriesUnderstanding customer requirements and accurately logging vehicle concernsScheduling service appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and collectionsProviding clear and transparent cost estimates and service recommendationsKeeping customers fully informed throughout the repair processLiaising closely with technicians to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completionManaging bookings via online systems, telephone, and face-to-face interactionsBuilding strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat businessAbout YouMinimum 2 years'' recent experience as an Automotive Service AdvisorStrong understanding of the EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) processExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProfessional, approachable, ..... full job details .....
