Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Exeter area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements:

- A working experience within a Service Advisor role but that is not essential as full training will be provided
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

Duties:

- Providing a pro-active service to customers.
- Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work.
- Arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle.
- Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues.
- Invoicing work done and taking payments.
- Working towards company targets and KPI’s.

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £36,000.
