We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor at a respected franchised main dealer in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to join a well-established dealership team and develop their career within a dynamic environment. Benefits of a Service Advisor: Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per annum Potential earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses and overtime Monday to Friday working week with Saturday mornings on a one-in-four basis Morning off on a Monday when the previous Saturday was worked Opportunity to earn additional bonus and overtime pay Supportive team environment in a reputable dealership Duties of a Service Advisor: Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships Managing service appointment bookings and liaising with customers to explain vehicle repairs and service requirements Assisting with workshop scheduling and ensuring work is completed efficiently Generating upsell opportunities and promoting dealership services Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and professional communication Handling administrative tasks related to service department operations Requirements of a Service Advisor: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor industry preferred but not absolutely essential Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Face-to-face customer interaction experience Full ..... full job details .....
