We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Grays area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
 
Benefits within this Service Advisor role include:

- Competitive Basic Salary of up to £28,000 + bonus with a realistic overall earning of £38,000 p.a.
- Bonus Opportunity offers a minimum of £500 per month however they have Service Advisors earning over £1000 bonus each month, this is based on Upsell, Individual bonus on Labour sales against CSI score.
- £25 per service plan earnt – an average of 10 per month sold.
- Systems Used: Kerridge and Onelink.
- Weekdays Hours are 8:00AM to 6:00PM.
- The Saturday Rota is 1 in 3, 8:00AM to 2:00PM.
- Staff discounts on vehicle servicing and products.

Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

- A working experience within a Service Advisor role
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

- Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Prepare and complete Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 with OTE of circa £38,000.
