Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive annual salary of up to -31,000, depending on experience. The Service Advisor role is Monday to Friday, with no weekend working required, providing an excellent work-life balance. Duties of the Service Advisor:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle collection
• Process service jobs using the garage management system
• Order vehicle parts and allocate them to relevant jobs
• Handle parts returns and liaise with suppliers
• Ensure accurate data entry and CRM management
• Utilise modern, AI-integrated systems and technology
• Conduct customer follow-up calls and satisfaction checks
• Assist in the management and development of internal systems
• Support front-of-house team with daily operations
• Ensure a seamless customer journey and uphold company standards

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident in using computer systems and modern technology
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, customer service, administration, or within the automotive sector (preferred but not essential)
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the business
