Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealer group with over 50 sites nationwide. The Service Advisor role offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership in Oxford, providing a professional and customer-focused service environment. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong customer service background, who are seeking to develop their career within the motor trade sector.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout their vehicle''s service journey
• Liaising effectively with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Scheduling and tracking vehicle progress using relevant systems
• Communicating additional work requirements and costs to customers clearly and professionally
• Preparing and processing service orders, invoices, and registrations
• Assisting with file auditing, booking services, and administrative support for the aftersales department

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• No previous Service Advisor experience necessary; full training will be provided
• Strong customer service and communication skills to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
• Excellent organisational and IT skills
• Experience with Kerridge DMS or Onelink beneficial but not essential
• Full, clean UK driving licence with minimal points
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the motor trade environment
