Duties of the Service Advisor:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their vehicle requirements
• Managing and updating customer vehicle records accurately within Kerridge or similar automotive management systems
• Providing clear and detailed technical and cost estimates for repairs and servicing
• Promoting additional services, such as accessories and warranty options, to enhance workshop profitability
• Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and services
• Raising, processing, and invoicing repair orders accurately and promptly
• Managing subcontracted repairs and warranty documentation efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the entire customer journey
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Good knowledge of Kerridge or similar automotive management systems
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to effectively anticipate and meet customer needs
• Immaculate personal presentation in line with brand expectations
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
