Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run car dealer group in Epsom for the position of Service Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals to join a friendly, customer-focused business committed to delivering outstanding service. The Service Advisor will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient workshop operations within a well-established dealership environment.

• Working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, with only one late finish per week

Duties:

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
• Liaising with technicians and workshop team to ensure smooth workflow
• Advising customers on necessary repairs and explaining costs clearly
• Managing and updating service records accurately
• Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar role in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Full UK driving license
