Duties:

• Front of house Service Advisor, managing customer interactions and service appointments
• Estimating repairs, scheduling maintenance services, and providing clear, informative communication to clients
• Promoting additional services and products to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle service histories and work carried out
• Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and delivery of excellent customer service
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Building lasting relationships with clients and representing the company''s professional standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
• Strong understanding of automotive services, diagnostics, and repairs
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Friendly and professional manner, with a positive attitude
• Genuine interest in cars, motorsport, tuning, or vintage vehicles is advantageous
• Ability to upsell and promote additional services effectively
• A proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service and teamwork
