Our client is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their reputable dealership in Dartford.

The Service Advisor will be the primary contact for customers, delivering exceptional service from initial booking through to vehicle collection.

Duties of a-Service Advisor:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming experience from booking to vehicle collection
• Manage customer appointments efficiently, providing clear information regarding vehicle service plans and repairs
• Build and sustain long-term customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately, including updating vehicle records and processing paperwork
• Assist customers with future vehicle service and maintenance requirements, acting as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate closely with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements of a-Service Advisor:

• Proven customer service experience, ideally within the automotive industry or a related sector
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage a busy workload and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, patient, and positive attitude under pressure
• Proficiency with dealership management systems or comparable software
• A proactive team player dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
