Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable luxury car dealership located in Wandsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a dynamic team within the prestige automotive sector. Duties of a Service Advisor:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients at all times
• Advise customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service options
• Manage work scheduling and liaise with workshop staff to ensure operational efficiency
• Upsell appropriate additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealer revenue
• Handle administrative tasks including service bookings and work orders
• Maintain accurate records using Kerridge DMS or similar dealership management system

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a luxury or prestige dealership environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of Kerridge DMS or equivalent dealership management system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for delivering high standards of customer care and service excellence
