Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor for a well-established dealership located in Epsom. Benefits for the successful Service Advisor:

• Competitive basic salary between -30,000 and -32,000 per annum
• Uncapped monthly bonus up to -1,200 based on performance

• Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

Duties of the Service Advisor:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Advise customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, service plans, and warranties
• Manage customer bookings efficiently, overseeing workshop flow
• Upsell relevant products such as services, warranties, and aftermarket accessories
• Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems (Keyloop / RTC)
• Achieve targets related to service plans, profitability, and customer retention
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator within the motor trade
• Demonstrable customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes, workshop operations, and dealership procedures
• Ability to confidently operate dealership management systems such as Keyloop or RTC
• Organised, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently within a team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
