Service Advisor Location: Bristol Salary: £30,000-£38,000 Basic (Dependent on Experience) Job Type: Full Time Permanent The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional automotive dealership in Bristol. This customer-facing role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in through to completion of repairs and servicing. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and manage service bookings. Accurately identify customer requirements and vehicle concerns. Liaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding vehicle progress. Provide customers with updates and obtain authorisation for additional work. Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation. Promote additional products and services where appropriate. Ensure all work is completed to agreed timescales and customer expectations. Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system. Candidate RequirementsEssential Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
