Offering a £30,000 basic salary with a stated OTE of £38,000 £42,000, this is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused individuals looking to develop their career within automotive aftersales. THE OPPORTUNITY The OTE is dependent on individual bonus performance and is not guaranteed. The team currently covers 8am 6pm Monday to Friday, with a one-in-two Saturday rota in place while the team is brought up to full strength. Individual shifts, Saturday hours and the future rota still need to be confirmed, so a reduced Saturday commitment cannot be promised.
