THE OPPORTUNITY We''re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive business in Newbury. You''ll be working in a customer-focused Aftersales environment, managing customers throughout the service and repair process while maximising every opportunity to deliver a great customer experience. £30,000 basic salary £36,000 OTE Additional commission on service plans Customer-focused Aftersales environment Opportunity to increase earnings through additional service-plan commission THE ROLE Manage customers throughout the service and repair journey. Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer requirements. Provide clear updates on vehicle progress, additional work and completion times. Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team. Prepare accurate estimates and invoices where required. Identify and maximise appropriate additional sales opportunities, including service plans. Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
