Service Advisor (Motor Trade)

Brook Street is working with a growing client in the Automotive industry that is seeking a Service Advisor on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is on site, Mon-Fri 8-6 with 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Main duties:

• To provide outstanding customer service.
• To book in and administer jobs relating to servicing.
• To work alongside other departments to co-ordinate workshop duties.
• To provide an efficient and accurate service at all times.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Interested in Cars/Motor trade

Experience working in fast-paced environment

Attention to detail

Excellent verbal communication skills
