Service Advisor
IBP is excited to be recruiting for a Service Advisor based in Chippenham to be the focal point of contact for all customers requiring servicing or repair of their vehicles. Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the Dealership and the customer, always delivering excellent customer service.The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience: To manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the Dealership.Qualify service needs and diagnostic needs where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.Calculate workshop capacity, ensuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system.Manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles. Explain the work carried out on the vehicle, ensuring the customer s full understanding and authorisation.Manage any necessary liaison with the department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction. Follow up in line with Dealership procedures.Understand and adhere to all Brand service requirements.Maintain safe working practices and adhere to the dealership''s rules and standards.Maintain product knowledge on the full franchise ranges.Maintain relevant systems, ensuring, accuracy at all timesAccurately complete job cards, including any descriptions of faults reported by the customer.
