Service Advisor Role and Responsibilities: Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop team Arranging and booking vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email Greeting customers and managing their experience throughout their vehicle''s time within the workshop Providing regular updates and consultatively advising customers on repair work required Creating customer invoices and explaining completed work clearly Proactively arranging future servicing and maintenance appointments Pre-calling customers ahead of bookings to confirm requirements, documentation and estimated costs Updating job cards, ..... full job details .....
