Salary: Up to -36,000 DOE
Hours: 47.5 hours per week
Early and late rotating shifts:
Week One: 07:00 to 17:00
Week Two: 08:00 to 18:00
Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 to 13:00
The Opportunity

We''re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy aftersales team where you''ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the workshop operates efficiently.
You''ll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, coordinating bookings, keeping customers updated, liaising with the workshop and parts department, and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.

What You''ll Be Doing
Welcoming customers and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Managing workshop loading to maximise efficiency.
Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
Preparing accurate job cards, quotations, invoices and estimates.
Identifying customer requirements and providing clear cost estimates.
Explaining completed work and discussing any additional repair recommendations.
Promoting aftersales products and services where appropriate.
Processing warranty work in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Recording retail, warranty, internal and non-chargeable repairs accurately.
Liaising closely with the Parts Department to ensure parts are available when required.
Taking ownership of the customer journey from booking through to vehicle collection.
What We''re Looking For
You''ll ideally have previous experience as a Service Advisor or within a customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
