You''ll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every vehicle journey runs smoothly from booking through to collection.Previous Service Advisor experience is beneficial, but if you have strong customer service and administration experience with excellent organisational skills, we''d love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Service Advisor you''ll be responsible for managing the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience while helping the workshop operate efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide an exceptional level of service.Book vehicles into the workshop, ensuring appointments maximise workshop capacity.Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.Prepare accurate job cards, estimates and invoices.Explain work completed and identify additional aftersales opportunities where appropriate.Liaise closely with the workshop and parts department to ensure work progresses efficiently.Accurately record warranty, retail, internal and non-chargeable ..... full job details .....
