About the Role
Our client, a thriving prestige dealership in Brentford, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their high-performing Aftersales team. This site is extremely busy, offering fantastic earning potential and a genuine opportunity for career growth.
The successful candidate will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is seamless, professional, and aligned with the prestige brand''s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers booking servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Deliver a first-class customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Upsell additional products, services, and maintenance plans where appropriate.
Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure accurate job progress updates.
Produce and explain accurate estimates, invoices, and repair orders.
Handle customer queries efficiently, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Proactively manage follow-ups to build strong customer relationships and repeat business.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment (prestige brand experience advantageous).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced dealership environment.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Confident in using DMS and CRM systems (e.g., Kerridge/Autoline, Pinnacle, or similar).
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding upsell and CSI targets.
