Service Administrator (Temp to Perm)Location - BristolWe are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role while gaining valuable experience within a fast-paced service environment.Role OverviewAs a Service Administrator, you will provide key administrative support to the service department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the service teamSchedule and coordinate service appointmentsManage incoming calls and respond to customer enquiriesMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsLiaise with engineers and internal departmentsSupport with general office duties as requiredWorking Hours and PayHours:8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)Potential flexibility: 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)Lunch Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)Pay Rate: £13.00 per hourAbout YouPrevious administrative experience (service/coordination experience desirable)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and internal systemsAbility to manage workload in a busy environmentWhat''s on OfferTemp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospectsFriendly and supportive team environmentValuable experience within a growing service functionTo apply ..... full job details .....
