Key Duties: Working in the Service Team to manage and book services and maintain maintenance schedules as well as assist on warranty claims and processes. * Answering and responding to calls and messages on Depot * Overseeing the telematics systems to maintain service schedules * Work with managers and team members across both the accounts and service teams.
