Due to continued growth this established financial services business in Cheshire is looking for 2 x Client Services Administrators. (Office based: 9am to 5pm. 30-minute lunch) Principal Accountabilities / Main Responsibilities: Pre meeting information packsReview of client performanceReconciliation of client account movementPost meeting outcome reportsSystem updatesReporting writing Liaising with AdvisersWorking with other internal teamsAd-hoc duties as required Knowledge and experience: Experience of professional services industryExperience at working in fast paced environment Skills: Good team skills and desire to working collaborativelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCan-do attitudeGreat attention to detailsPrevious experience in administrationComputer literate Behaviours: A customer focussed outlookTeam playerA desire to succeedProactive approachResults driven - takes ownership In return you will receive: 25 days holiday + birthday additional day (as well as bank holidays)Option to buy an additional 5-days holiday per yearOnce you achieve three years service with the business, an additional day s holiday is awarded each year, up to a maximum of five additional daysUpon joining the company pension scheme, the company will contribute 5% of your salary per annumHealthshield package Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
