Service Administrator 28k-30kOne of my favourite clients has just instructed me to source an experienced Administrator to join their small team based in Dewsbury.Every time I visit this client the whole team are always laughing and joking and really enjoy working thereDue to a recent and unexpected resignation we are looking for a candidate to take on the role of parts and service administrator.Let me tell you a bit about my clientHugely Successful- Turnover up from 1 million to 8 millionReally friendly team- Small team of 8 always going on team events such as lunch and nights outDevelop staff- Several employees have been promoted within higher rolesWell established- Formed in the year 2000Let me tell you about some of the dutiesRaising repair quotes and sending them to customersCreating new parts and accessories records on system. Ensure engineers are adequately supplied with all partsReceiving and booking in partsDealing with telephone and on-line parts enquiriesAnswering phone calls and booking break downsThe above is just a small sample of your duties within the roleLet me tell you what my client is looking forEssential - Administration experience (minimum 2 years) within small office environmentEssential - Location- Lives in Dewsbury, Wakefield or Huddersfield (or surrounding) NOT LEEDSPreferable- Parts or Service experiencePreferable - Experience of dealing with Engineers or ContractorsThis is a wonderful opportunity to join a super friendly company who work together ..... full job details .....
