Service Administrator

Service Administrator - Buckingham

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Service Administrator for our client-based in Buckingham. 

Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 (DOE)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00

Initially the role will be to deal with pre-planned maintenance and breakout calls. 

- Generate system-based quotations and invoices
- Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently via email and telephone
- Handling pre-planned maintenance and breakout calls 
- Updating the internal bespoke system 

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Confident with telephone communication
- Strong in customer service and relationship management
