Our Client is a Dealership with a great reputation and they are currently seeking a Commercial Service Administrator to join their team based in Manchester.

Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Support the service department with administration and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and customer service.
- Assist in the restructuring and development of the service admin office
Requirements:
- Previous main dealer experience, ideally with Kerridge system knowledge.
- Strong background in service administration, invoicing, and warranty claims.
- Commercial vehicle experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
