Our Client is a commercial dealership and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team based in Nottingham
For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £30000 basic.
Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (flexible) No Weekends

Responsibilities:
- Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
- Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
- Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.
Requirements:
- Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
- Experience of DMS
- Good customer service skills with technical understanding
- A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
