Service Administrator

Our Client is a well-established Independent Family Run Garage, and they are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their team based in Aylesbury.

For your hard work our client is offering a salary of £30,576 basic.
Hours of work for this Service Administrator role are: Monday To Friday 8.30am - 6pm (1 Hour Lunch), 1 Saturday Morning In 3 (8am - 12.30pm)

- Automotive Administration Experience Required
- General Administrative Duties, Also Dealing With Customers, Bookings, Invoices, Ordering Parts, Front Desk Based

Responsibilities of the Service Administrator:

- Produce and accurate invoice to allow for prompt payment
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers, Dealerships and Manufacturers
- Process job cards in conjunction with Manufacturers standard text and times
- Administer and process warranty, repair and maintenance claims to the manufacturer.

Requirements of the Service Administrator:

- Have a previous working experience within a Service Administrator role
- Experience of DMS
- Good customer service skills with technical understanding
- A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
