Would you like to bring your experience using a helpdesk ticketing system to a brand new Service Administrator position at an innovative business whose products save peoples lives in the UK and around the world everyday - and that offers hybrid working?An exciting, newly created Service Administrator opportunity has arisen in the fast paced service department of our client, an award winning and innovative manufacturing business, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the department, ensuring all activity is organised, carried out and documented in an efficient and accurate manner. The majority of your role will see you carrying out all related administrative duties in this highly regulated, busy environment, whilst also providing cover for your helpdesk colleague who triages enquires coming into the department by ensuring all helpdesk tickets are monitored, updated, allocated and progressed in their absence. This is a varied role which will see you work closely with engineers and internal teams, as well as liaising with customers to ensure a smooth delivery of work.As a Service Administrator your new role will involve:Administration support to the departmentAssisting with organising related activities - e.g. bookings for maintenance and repairs, engineer visitsMaintaining all records and documentation on internal systems, ensuring they are updatedPreparing and processing all relevant paperwork, reports, quotes, purchase orders and ..... full job details .....
