Service Administrator
Kinetic PLC are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of an Administrator to support the service administration team for a client based in Groby, Leicester. This is a site-based role where you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of service operations, including goods receipt, booking items in and out of the calibration lab, arranging external calibrations and repairs, and corresponding with internal and external customers.The role is not highly technical but requires a methodical, organised, and customer-focused approach to ensure smooth service processes and compliance with ISO17025 and ISO9001 accredited procedures.Working Arrangement Site-based role in Groby, Leicester 100% office-based - not remote or hybridAssignment and Pay Full-time role (part-time considered: minimum 4 hours/day, 4 days/week) Start date: ASAP 12.71 per hourKey Duties Receive goods and manage bookings in/out of the calibration lab Arrange external calibrations and repairs on behalf of customers Correspond with internal and external stakeholders, including customer service, sales, and production teams Collaborate with workshop and calibration lab technicians, supervisors, and the technical service team Ensure all activities comply with ISO17025 and ISO9001 accredited procedures Maintain accurate records and support continuous process improvements Prioritise and manage daily and weekly workloads efficientlySkills and Experience Required Strong computer literacy, particularly ..... full job details .....
