Service Administrator

My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for an Electrical Services Administrator – Maternity Cover to join their team on a full time basis.

St Ives, Cambridgeshire | Full-Time

Salary £26,000

Monday – Friday.

The Role

You will coordinate the day-to-day scheduling of electrical engineers, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed within agreed SLAs. You will also liaise with clients and engineers, manage incoming queries and provide a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate jobs to electrical engineers.
• Liaise with engineers, clients and internal teams.
• Manage incoming calls and emails.
• Log and update jobs, communications and client requirements.
• Monitor outstanding works, paperwork and certification.
• Chase updates and ensure jobs are completed correctly.
• Update client portals and internal systems.
• Assist with quotes, RAMS and general administration.
• Escalate issues and identify potential risks.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating by phone and email.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to multitask and work to deadlines.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to follow procedures.
• Professional, customer-focused and a strong team player.
