SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE - COMMUTABLE FROM HERTS, BEDS & NORTHANTS

Basic Salary -33K + Attractive Benefits Package

Holiday: 33 Days annual leave including bank holidays

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Our client is a market leader in food packaging systems and solutions. Currently they are recruiting for an additional Service Administrator. As part of the Service team, the responsibilities for this role are key to the day to day running and growing of the service business. Experienced in your field, you will provide ''first class'' service to a number of stakeholders including UK based customers and service operations. This is an office based position.

Your tasks

  • Spare parts administration - generating quotations in SAP
  • Taking spare part order requests from customers and Engineers
  • Answering phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Placing spares orders with suppliers and maintaining relevant minimum stock levels
  • Proactively sell spares to increase spares turnover
  • Invoicing service orders
  • Invoice queries
  • Uploading invoices and relevant documents to customer online portals
  • Daily reports to identify and correct orders stuck in error queues
  • Weekly (or at request) revenue reports for the Service Director
  • Key account monthly invoicing and asset list maintenance and management
  • Ad hoc customer reports

  • Customer focus with excellent customer service experience
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written

  • Experience of a performance managed environment, including working to SLA''s and achieving KPI''s
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organised with a good attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Confident with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
  • Proficient in SAP and CRM System
  • Works hard to sustain team performance by encouraging others
  • Actively shares knowledge with the team
  • Builds trust through contact, helpfulness, and consistency of behaviour
  • Adheres to company processes, procedures, and accuracy of administration to achieve results for the team
  • Takes personal responsibility for activity that will benefit the team
  • Remains calm under challenges, with the ability to explain their position when asked
  • Able to assert self positively without disrupting performance
