Service Administrator

Job Description: Service Administrator / Customer Service Salary £28,000 Depending on age and experience. Kidlington My Client is a well-established Building Services Company located in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The company specialises in the Design, Installation, and Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services in the Construction Industry. The company has also held the Royal Warrant, for services to the Royal Household for many years. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Service Team. Working with Colleges, Universities, and Private Estates, raising call-outs for emergency heating problems, and planning regular service visits. Service Administrator/Customer Service - reporting to the lead Maintenance Co-ordinator in the following duties: Day to Day Administration of the Department to include: Taking calls and processing emergency call-outs. Processing worksheets and reports from engineers. Processing invoices and timesheets to ensure they are complete and accurate. Updating records. Liaising via telephone and email with customers, sub-contractors and company personnel. Requesting information and costs from suppliers. Compiling quotes for customers. Dealing with engineer requests including organising training, vehicles etc. Assisting in other duties as they arise and providing cover for other members of staff within department.
