Service Administrator

If you’re the kind of person who loves keeping things organised, solving problems quickly, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this role is for you.
We’re looking for a Service Administrator to keep the service team running like clockwork. You’ll be the link between customers, engineers, and internal teams, making sure every job is scheduled, documented, and delivered on time.
Pay: Up to £25,000 + 10% bonus
Hours: Mon - Fri, 37.5 per week
Holidays: 22 days (goes up the longer you stay)

What you’ll do:
- Schedule and confirm jobs with customers.
- Upload documents to various portals.
- Track incomplete jobs and resolve issues fast.
- Support engineers with parts, orders, and paperwork.
- Keep inboxes clear and customers updated.
What you’ll bring:
- Solid admin, scheduling, or coordination experience.
- Confident communicator, great on the phone and email.
- Organised, accurate, and calm under pressure.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with internal systems beneficial
